Cajun Seasoning vs Creole Seasoning

Cajun Seasoning is a wonderful Louisiana product most commonly found in the central southern part of Louisiana. Cajun seasoning is a bit different from creole seasoning in style and flavor. Common ingredients used in Cajun Seasoning are Salt, Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper, Medium Range Red Pepper, and sometimes Paprika and Chili Powder.
