The Voucher System in Georgia has Problems

There has been an ongoing struggle regarding the school voucher system in Georgia. The difficulty seems to be figuring out how to meet the needs of students who have special needs while keeping the budgets of the public schools in balance. Georgia to Allow Health Insurance Across State Lines

It’s official now. As of July 1, 2011, insurance companies that have been licensed in Georgia will be allowed to sell health insurance policies that come from across state lines to people who live in Georgia. This is controversial because some other states provide less coverage than what insurance companies currently have to provide in Georgia.
