Is there really a single parent who understands?

Why is it that when someone says "It's hard to be single or a single parent", the first thing people think is that you are looking for a man? In my case, I am not looking for a man. I have been a single mom for 20 years, (I am not saying that, once things get right for me, that it would not be nice to have man.) But a man is not the answer to my situation. I have 2 sons (20 and 14.

I am so tired of struggling with money

I am so tired of every month not having enough money....I always say that next month will be different, and i will be able to stick to a budget. I am so far behind on my light bill that they have scheduled a shut off date. I have been a single mom for 20 years, my kids don't deserve this. My oldest son, (who just turned 20) has to help me pay bills, I know that it is so frustrating for him.

Trying my hand at writing

I am a working mom, right now I am at home, while I am having this time off, I have started writing, I have always written in journals, Is this something that is hard to get into?

For my family

My family is in need of pray reguarding money, I have always been a single mom and struggled with money. It is so hard, I don't have family support either. We are also in need of a reliable car.

I have been a single mom forever, I have never been married, my oldest son just turned 20, and my youngest is 14. It has been a hard ride.
