Gracie's Birth

I am a salary manager at a restaurant so that means I work 50+ hrs a week. And I didn't slow down once after I got pregnant. We had some former employees who were pregnant and always needed to sit, or throw up or complain about the aches and pains of pregnancy. I did not want to be one of those women. I don't think I complained once about being pregnant.

Weaning off the Baba (bottle)

Update: Baba free! She went a few days kinda cranky and every now and then she asks for one and I just tell her they are for babies and she's a big girl.

How much is gas where you live now?

Today it was $2.97/gal at Sam's Club, everywhere else is around $3.14. This is the first time it's been below $3 in a LONG time! I filled up too :)

Weaning off the Baba (bottle)

So we bagged them all up. I had her put them in the bag and told her that she was a big girl and babas were for babies. Then she grabbed the bag, said "mine" and ran off.

I'm the assistant General Manager at Ruby Tuesday. I've been there for 7 years and took 3 mo off after having Grace.

Wow I haven't been on here in ages. Grace is coming up on 2 yrs and still takes a bottle for naps and bedtime. No milk in it, just water.

Taking off Diaper...

I'm asking this for a friend. She has a 2 year old DD and an 11 mo old DS (with one on the way too....wow). The DD is obsessed with taking her diaper off, and her brothers and then making a huge mess.

Woman sues a dead girl

She was completely oblivious to the fact that the other lady's daughter died. I'm sure had the situation been reversed, she would have sued the lady for letting the kid drive in the first place.
