Non-Muslim Woman: Should You Marry a Muslim Man?

I find this interesting because i am in the a relationship with a muslim man for many years and are looking to get married soon. But it is a worry of what others may think about this relationship. We love each other dearly and are planning to spend the rest of our lives together. we understand both our religions and believe in them strongerly and have learnt alot about one another over the years and about our religions. We are having diffculty at the moment telling the ones we love that we would like to spend our lives together if there is any suggestions on how to deal with it would really appricate it. In the end we want our families to be together as we are both close to our families and love them dearly. If anyone can help us in this situation it would be greatly appricated.
