Great information and thank you for sharing this improved service. I never could figure out why an emotional or behavioral disability was not provided for or addressed with the IEP or Special Services. It is wonderful improvement to see that congress actually supports the fact that children with emotional disabilities or behavioral problems may in fact need some additional services!
