WHAM!

Goodness! That was a very long strange trip and I hope I never MOVE again! We had nothing except problems with our Internet connection and telephone service--the problems with the sprinklers didn't keep me from the computer thank goodness!

At this point the huge hole in my yard and the one problem after another should have resolved and my connection should be stable...

I stayed with the same provider so I could keep the same email.... they didn't transfer the email and had to purge my address book, and all my saved emails in order to let me KEEP my email address.....and during the 10 days I was down my website notice for renewal came! But the email was returned and my site was shut down!

I had to take the Disneyland trip because it was paid for....and while down there had to get my website back up and going...and my email fixed.

When I got home the cable was torn up and the wire dug across my yard was pulled out...there was also a huge deep wet hole in the ground next to the house where the sprinklers system was cut--by the cable company--when the sprinklers turned on the flooding water ripped the cable out of the house....and all the while I couldn't even log on....

oh, I have so much to do..... I'm glad to be back but I need to find a better set up for the computer!

So sorry for your ordeal :-( You need to get Gmail - you can access it from anywhere. Then if you do happen to move again, you'll never lose your email!

Thanks Lisa....I have decided that I will NOT move again until the old folks home! I am even making plans for my elevator to be installed when I can't walk anymore! Really I do not like moving....I am a Planter! Deep ROOT Setter and don't do well with changes!

At least it looks like I am getting the computer situation fixed!!!!!
