My major problem is fast food eating. I am in school, opening a buisness with my husband, and I have a 3 year old! We eat out a lot! I can not find the time to cook!

That is so true Twinplus 3! You really do have to do the right way! All of these diets, pills, and fast tricks are tempting, but I know that I am going to have to do this diet thing the right way!

I delivered my daughter 3 years ago and I am still using this excuse for be being overweight! I need to do something! I am 220lbs and I am 5'4.

HELP! My 3 year old does not want to use the potty!

I have a 3 year old daughter. She does not tell us when she has to use the bathroom. She would rather go in a corner and poop in her pull-up or pee and not tell us.
