lachocolatecreamIs it possible to have a cycle and still be pregnant? I mean an actual regular cycle. Most people say it’s impossible because that is the shedding of the uterus lining and a baby can’t survive that.

wanna be a young motherMy best friend didn’t find out she was Pg until she was 5 months along b/c she was still getting her Af. It was normal like before she said. The only reason she started to wonder what was wrong was when the M/s started. She felt bad until her 8 month…lol I felt so sorry for her. Well she went in to her dr. to see why she was sick all the time. She thought she had a serious problem….she said she was in shock when the Dr. said she was almost 5 months Pg.! So ya it can happen! GOOD LUCK!

WOW, you know people tell you things and you don’t want to believe it because you think it could never happen to you. Sometimes I think we as people can see ourselves as invincible so when something does happen, it’s a shock. I don’t have morning sickness. It’s just that I feel something is wrong with me but it hasn’t started to worry me because I continued to get AF but when people started questioning what I’ve been eating and whatnot, it makes me a little worried.

LeanyBeanMy grandmother had her regular cycle for 4 months during her pregnancy with my Aunt Shirley. They found out she was pregnant just before Christmas and Shirley was born full term in April.
What do you mean ’9 week’? I don’t mean like “spotting” for your whole pregnancy, I mean an actual flow period lol. Has that ever happened?

Were they regular cycles or “spotting”?

Jaxons_mommywhat she meant by nine week pregnancy was that after she found out she was pregnant she had nine more weeks left before the baby. MY sister and myself both had REAL periods while pregnant with our first babies my sister had it with her second but not her third. I bled with my first one had a very light cycle with my second no bleeding with this one
I think she means from the time she found out that she was PG till the time the baby was born was nine weeks – hence a ’9 week pregnancy’
About AF during preg – one would think it would only be spotting or a light AF but my aunt had a full AF (6 days +) until she was six months PG with 2 of her kids. So yes it is possible but I would suspect very unlikely!

QueenAngieThat is nature at its naughtiness – not only being pregnant but also having to deal with AF!
