Preparing the Homeschooling Portfolio

In my state I have to fulfill the homeschooling law by having my children either take the standardized test or submit a narrative or portfolio for the year. The portfolio must be seen by a certified teacher and then the teacher signs a form stating it was looked over. When families decide to homeschool it is usually a joint decision between both parents. However, when families divorce, one parent is suddenly vehemently against allowing the other parent to continue.
