Interstitial Cystitis

If you have been diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis then you were probably given a flyer with a list of "Food Do's and Don'ts", telling you what foods to avoid and which foods are OK to try.   After you read the list, I'll bet that one of your first thoughts was "They can't be serious.", right?  The "Don't" list seemed to far overshadow the "Do's".
