Calling All Designer Shoe Divas!
Ladies, get your Ebay account ready and start bidding!
Starting at 7PM
Pacific Standard Time, Ebay is hosting a special auction benefiting the Ovarian
Cancer Research Fund (OCRF). This is a rare opportunity to bid on more than 200
designer collection shoes! The list of designers feature Ralph Lauren, Michael
Kors, Stuart Weitzman, Anne Klein New York and more. These shoes would retail at
your favourite shoe store between $85 - $700. Ebay will start the minimum
starting bid for all items at $9.99 with no reserve.
For a Shoe Diva like
me, this is one of the best news I have heard in a long time!
And, while
you are indulging in your shoe fetish, you are donating to a very good cause.
All profits will be donated by The Collections at WSA to The Ovarian Cancer
Research Fund, a non-profit organization. Your winning bid can help in the fight
against this disease.
"This auction is our way of honoring our exhibitors
while helping OCRF to raise money and awareness to fight this silent killer,"
said Leslie Gallin, director of The Collections at WSA. "The styles we are
offering are the best of the best -- the public could not have a better
opportunity to purchase or a better cause to support than OCRF."
Auction
dates start Jan. 24-31 and Feb. 3-10, ending with a "Super Slippers" Benefit
featuring a silent auction of soft sculpture shoe-shaped decorated and
embelished "slippers" by leading footwear designers exhibiting at The
Collections at WSA show in Las Vegas!
Happy Bidding everyone!
