Such a powerful little exercise Beth. I would like to find a "stinkin' thinkin'" chaser fridge magnet and put on every families fridge. Those stinkin' thoughts about ourselves need to be in the freezer, not in us!

I worked as a social worker in inner city London. The issues were different to what I am used to in rural social work. They cannot be ignorned because we don't like them or don't agree with them.

I'm always on the scrounge for non scrapbook shop supplies. I love Chritmas decorations at the after Christmas sales. I buy them at 80% off and use them year round to add sparkle and color to pages.

And.....I BOUGHT A NEW CAMERA!!!!! Yahoo. Cost far too much but I'm very happy. Check out my new galleries Nic to see where you'll be coming for my next scrapbook sleepover.
