Tai Chi Heals Body & Mind As You Age

It is so true that Tai Chi is an excellent fitness martial arts. The slow movements provide go stretches for the muscles and the low stances provide increasing flexibilty. the breathing helps the heart and the movements help the joints and the tendents/muscles. It is really a great art and really fun too.
