Navigating the Skip Counting App

Once you begin the game your child will be prompted to type in his or name and then have the option of changing the avatar and turning the music on or off.  The game is fast moving which keeps the child engaged making for an exciting and challenging game.  Your child will love the challenge of trying to beat his score and speed.  In the meantime, he will learn to skip count easily.  The navigation is simple and once set up the child will only have to select his player.

How is the Game Playedmathapp2

To play the game the child chooses which number to begin skip counting by.  The game starts with the boy or girl character jumping from the starting off number.  It is your child’s job to move the character to the next level with the proper number that comes next.  The child does this by moving the character through manipulating  the iPad by moving it.  It is quite fun to do and even more fun to see the kids giggling over it.  The games fairly short and can be fit in on a car ride, during a wait, or just for fun after school.  I used it as a fun activity after math.
