My mom unfortunately has large cell carcinoma and yes, it does spread pretty quick. Hopefully the radiation and chemo stop it in its tracks! Stages of Lung Cancer - Blog Entry29 Jul 2007 08:15 PM Thank you Aimee for this article! It is very, very helpful to me right now (as you know). My mom is a stage 3B. The cancer is in both her lungs, lymph nodes and bronchial tubes. But so far things seem to be going well. We have our fingers crossed! Mission Possible: My Confession - Blog Entry16 Jul 2007 07:41 AM THANK YOU for bringing up this serious issue. The methods of binging and starvation are such an unhealthy way to lose weight, and pose a serious threat to the person's health. I also have my own bit of advice (having lost almost 100lbs before). Don't try to lose pounds! Its better to count inches and dress sizes. Plus, its much more encouraging to try on a smaller size and have it fit, than to step on a scale for just a 2lb loss. Mosquitos out of no where! - Journal Entry09 Jun 2007 09:47 PM Oh I hate mosquitoes! (well who likes them ha). The trick to avoiding the bites, is to decrease your potassium intake. They can't get anough of it. I udes to get them BAD. Now I don't even get one. :) Courtesy: to do or not - Journal Entry07 Apr 2007 05:15 PM Wow what a nice thing to think about. I'm always thinking about how rude people are to me, but rarely take the time out to analyze what I do that's rude. Thanks for reminding me to be courteous. :) Peekaboo - Photo28 Mar 2007 06:29 AM Good snapshot! Yeah don't you just love it when they find the dress? Locks and Locks of Love - Blog Entry08 Mar 2007 08:38 AM I did this a few years back-it always feels good to help out those less fortunate. And really, getting my hair cut was the least I could do! Good for your stepdaughter! She seems like a very good-hearted person. Maybe she'll grow up to change the world, for the better. :) |
