That was in August 2003. I had the same criticisms you described here. I was told that I was lazy for not losing it "naturally", etc, etc. However, I also think that as more and more people have had this surgery, the thinking of some people has changed. At least, I hope. It is definately not "the easy way out". Thanks so much for sharing your story! However, after finding out how convenient they are for "left over storage", sending treats to the neighbors, etc, etc, I find myself looking for them more often than my old "standby" storage containers.
