Work at Home

Daycare is very expensive. Leaving the house to work can cost more than you make. I decided to work at home. I found a position that appears to be relatively easy that I can do from home. Today was my first day. I had to make a few phone calls. I was on the phone with someone and Meg decided to run up and scream into the phone "I don't have any underwear".

Does it get easier?

In my experience, going from one child to two children has been the roughest transition. Going from two to three wasn't really anything. I'm sure going from three to four won't be a challenge either.

Suggestions please..

That's a great idea. I can't move my computer right now but in January I will be buying a laptop. Then I will work out of my bed room. This way they can play in the living room and not bother me.

Suggestions please..

It gets easier as they get older!!! ;) I do most of my work when they are in school. I didn't start working from home until almost 3 years ago.

Suggestions please..

Thank You all so much. I'm so worried about doing this from home. I have to be on the phone and I have very loud children. I was thinking about starting a craft time while I'm "working".

Suggestions please..

I'm going to be working from home now. Does any one have any suggestions on how to do that with the children around. My husband is NEVER home, so I can't depend on him to help. Thanks in advance.

I don't sleep. I worry about everything. I have a hard time turning my mind off. I've done everything the books say but she still doesn't sleep.

She won't go to bed! She stays up until wee hours of the morning. Then she wakes up less then 4 hours later.

How do you get a three year old to sleep? We've tried everything and she won't go to bed.
