In the cooler months I will roast the chicken in the oven or throw it in the crockpot. I will use the bones for chicken noodle soup. Generally speaking I will have to add extra chicken for the soup b/c most of the meat will be gone from the first night. lol We have some good eaters around here. We have a family of 6! Going in September can save you thousands of dollars, no joke. You also get a chance to get a nicer house b/c a lot of people don't vacation in September. It's also less crowded!! Linen's and Things was having a clearance sale on them. I sort fell upon them and loved the price!! The color isn't my favorite but I am happy w/ them!! I tend to buy our summer clothes in the summer months, boy that sounds like a contradiction. lol Kohl's was having a great sale on sun dresses for toddlers. I bought a dress for her for six dollars.
