Williams-Sonoma Deals - Blog Entry

10 May 2007 05:55 AM

I bought our Corelle from Bradlees more than 10 years ago and I have to say they look brand new. lol I think we spent over a hundred dollars on the service for 8. We have been pricing new dishes but since they are so expensive and we know that they will either be lost or broken, it isn't worth it right now. Maybe when the children are grown. lol Laura

I have never shopped at Williams-Sonoma. I guess I always thought it was way to expensive for my pockets. We also don't have a W-S around here. Laura

Storing Staples: Milk - Blog Entry

In the summer it does tend to sour a bit quicker but I don't have to throw the sour milk out. I will just make some baked oatmeal, or something along those lines. We go through more milk in the winter time then in the summer. Yesterday we pulled out a half of gallon of milk from the freezer. I left it out for most of the day and it was still pretty frozen. I didn't want to leave it out all night so I put it in the fridge and pulled it out this morning so it could finish thawing out. Laura
