In can be very expensive and a pain but we are learning to adjust to his needs. Some things in our house are staples for him and other times I may treat him to a box of gluten free cookies. I recently learned that I can make gluten free muffins from scratch saving me several dollars per package. It takes some time but you do get the hang of it all.
