Hi Mary Ann, I tried this recipe during the summer and I really enjoyed it. It was super cheap and I didn't have to run to the store and buy something else.

One way I use rice is by frying some boneless skinless chicken breast in olive oil, and making a gravy from the drippings. I then serve the chicken over top of rice with gravy. I will also add some steamed veggies to the mixture. Yummy! I also like to make Hawiian Chicken and serve that over rice. It is a sweet and savory topping to chicken. If you make a lot of the sauce you can freeze.
