I have gestational diabetes now -and am amazed how easy it is to stick to my diet plan. I guess I need it not to be about me. I had no controll before - now that it's about a healthy baby - it feels so simple. Weird. Hang in there with the kiddos. Sounds like you needed a little chocolate with that fighting going on! |
