Interesting Custom Order

Well, I caved in and paid for a Showcase spot on Etsy last Friday (http://karabu.etsy.com ).  I didn\\\'t sell anything, but I did get a neat custom order.

It\\\'s for a specail set of my soft building blocks, but instead of my regular colorful cotton print fabrics we\\\'re going to use different textures and types of fabrics.  The blocks are for a little girl with special needs, who enjoys textures.  Since my blocks are foam, they will also be safe if she happend to fling one across the room. 

It\\\'s fun to make different things, but something personalized and special, knowing a little about who it\\\'s intended for, makes it all that much better. 

Now I even have my gears turning on how I can make some other types of toys with texture that are baby/toddler safe.  It\\\'s a very exciting idea.
