My 1st Entry!

This is my first journal entry, yay! Today I am feeling very guilty because I ate an entire Crunch candy bar and I am supposed to be on a diet. It looked soooo good though! My DH left it in the freezer and it was so cold and the center was filled with caramel....mmmmm! But, I can't believe I actually ate it! I told myself I would only take one bite, one bite would not hurt me.
