Baptism Gifts

I recently came across the site Ivyrosegifts.com  which offers original design art for christening and baptism gifts.  Unique and original; these could be purchased for first communion gifts, godparent gifts and as gifts for a godchild.  I thinks it's important to carefully consider what type of gift to give for a Christian occasion, especially one as celebrated and important as a baptism. These baptism / christening records are personalized by the artist with the child's name, baptism date, church and minister's name.   Another nice gift offered on this site is a First Prayers book for children, illustrated by Tasha Tudor.  Ivyrose Gifts also has several designs of silver baptism crosses that can be used as bible markers. I like the fact that these are creative gifts ... especially the framed art; the artist (Rebecca Harrell) personalizes them by hand ... nothing is computer generated, so they have a nice, personal feel to them.  Makes a nice gift!
