I'm trying to find a way to

donate to the National Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Why the JDRF? My younger sister was diagnosed with juvenile onset diabetes when she was 4 years old. Her blood sugar was a dangerous level of over 300, which could have caused her to go into a coma. Now, she has been able to control her blood sugar through daily insulin injections.

Post-Pregnancy Pictures

Well as soon as I get the chance I"ll post a pix. I was 169 pre, 209 right before Gabe was born, and currently 196. I have a ways to go yet.

Morning Cluster Feeds

Oh Gabe does that to me every day!!! Yesterday it started at 3am and he finally stopped at 9am. It drives me crazy when he does that, but you just have to go with the flow! LOL

Frustrated and upset!!

I am. He had a weight checkup yesterday and he finally has gone past his birth weight!!! He weighed in at 9lbs 10.5oz.

How often do nursing babies wake to feed?

I was told by the nurse at the hospital that sometimes babies will actually be so hungry that they tire themselves out and can sleep more to conserve their energy- which is one reason the pediatric...

Frustrated and upset!!

Ok. He had a followup appointment on Thursday- with me feeding him formula 3x a day (2oz. at 8am, 2oz at noon, and 3oz around 4pm) and bf'ing the rest of the time he gained 6.5 oz in two days.
