I found help with tantrums

So obviously toddlers and preschoolers have tantrums. And they do so often because they are not getting what they want. Sometimes it's over things you as a mom can kind of understand and sometimes it's about eating with a red spoon instead of the blue one you provided her. So why do the latter ones happen? Well, mainly its a control issue.
