College Professors- Are They Worth More Money? - Blog Entry

No kidding!!! Thanks for the comment. I was really afraid I might be shot down on this one! One education graduate program in my area is taught by a teach that travels from the university to my location. The teachers really do not seem to take it as serious as the ones on campus.

Wow! I only wish I had done that too! My problem...I couldn't wait to get married! I got married two months after receiving my first teaching job. My husband was in the same boat. No money saved!!! Sounds like you were smart!!!

When The Trust is Broken... - Blog Entry

I feel for you. The same kind of thing happened with my friend. She was pregnant, got sick, and left a party early. Her "drunk" husband stayed. He also kissed another woman. He should have left with her...but he didn't. She was very upset and left him for a couple of days. Now it is very odd ebing around them. She brings up the situation often and they fight a lot. I am not saying she should forget it. I really do not think that I could. I am very jealous. I hope that you can work it out. Was your marriage strong before or had you been experiencing trouble? I feel for you and I will pray that the trust can be earned back.

Should Teachers Have a Dress Code? - Blog Entry

I agree. I have a hard enough time dealing with heels and hose for one hour at church! I think teachers should dress appropriately and nice but pantyhose and heels are a little extreme!

I laughed when I read your comment, Michele. You are so right. I love my husband and I would not change the fact that we got married. However, I did see all of the "faults" or "differences" before marriage. For some reason, we just usually think that saying "I do" will make everything great.
