BUT I don't know anything more about the family either. It always amazes me how many people don't realize that too much water is bad and that watering down formula means your baby isn't getting the amount of nutrition they otherwise would have received....and in general that giving filler (water) bottles to a infant isn't a good idea. If they're crying for a bottle they're probably hungry!!! It's sad. The store we went to was out of the way and not a busy one. There were still about 200 or so people in line but they didn't rush the doors...they waited till after they were in the store to start running. I made my dh go to the electronic department without us while we went to see what else they had. People were nice where we went and even moved out of my way when they saw the stroller. I know it's not like this everywhere but you should know what your store is like! I would never have taken my dd if I thought she would have been in danger. They do play all the time though. She likes to pretend to be mommy and feed her baby dolls and cook dinner for her daddy. My mom took her to her house for a few days though and dh had yesterday off and he cleaned the floor! (woohoo!!!) and we played monopoly, scrabble, and dominoes....He won all 3 of them!!! It was lots of fun though. |
