Would You Donate Your Baby? - Blog Entry

I agree...No one gets my baby for longer than a few hours. I honestly don't even leave her that long with her own daddy...a hour at most because I'm having separation issues LOL

Those Early Temper Tantrums - Blog Entry

Katelyn will stop in the middle of walking and throw herself on the ground and if I try to get her up and to walk with me she just goes limp like a noodle and usually cries at the same time. It's actually amusing except that I'm usually in a hurry and my back is bad and can't really pick her up till it gets better!!

Toddlers and Easter Egg Hunts - Blog Entry

We went to a Easter egg hunt at a friends house for our 1 and a half yr old...She didn't get the point of it and just enjoyed running around the yard while the older kids kept pointing out all the eggs to her. Eventually the older kids started picking up eggs and putting them in her basket for her! She wasn't too interested in the eggs but loved running around with her basket....She still doesn't know that those eggs open and there are things inside

We use a gate currently. She knows the kitchen is just off limits but the gate helps and I plan on keeping it off limits till she can give a good explaination of what she's doing in there.

If it were open and no commitment I would never ever be involved with anyone because I don't share well. My feelings get involved very early in the relationship and it would hurt to know that he had those feelings for other people too.

Sour Milk? - Blog Entry

I did both. She was premie so for awhile all I could do was pump, then I brought her home and would do both...I thought it would make it easier on me but it only made it worse. I wasn't too educated in the art of bfing. The thing about my milk is that it smelled metallic like when it came out. Honestly could have just been she wasn't getting enough. I don't know. She was a very fussy baby while bfing and I thought she was allergic or something but my doc says thats not possible. With the second baby it wasn't like that...although there was no baby bfing that time it took a month to dry up and it never smelled like that. Just figures....the first time when I have a baby to feed it doesn't work out and the second time when there is no baby I couldn't get the milk to stop! lol

So would that mean that your milk would be a lower fat milk? Could that be a reason why my breastfed baby didn't grow too much?

Are You the Reason Your Husband Doesn't Help with the Baby? - Blog Entry

Its hard to stay out of it when he's making our little girl look such a mess...esp her super curly hair getting matted because he doesn't see the knots. I let him have all morning with her though and try really hard to not comment on what she's wearing when I do go see whats happened while I was out. He gets really upset when I say that what she's wearing isn't appropriate for the weather...It really is hard to remember to let him do it his way and when he's gone to work just go change her and do her hair the way I want. We call it dress up because I don't want her thinking daddy can't do it right either...he just doesn't do it like mommy would

Katelyn will try food that is on my plate and decide she doesn't like it and pull it back out and put it on my spoon or in my hand
