I would have thought they weren't identical because their hair appears a bit different but I thought also maybe it was just brushed differently! Sometimes those things are so hard to tell...but I am right so....its all good. Just leaving this comment to say how pretty they are.

When I went to preschool I didn't know letters or numbers I knew how to say them but not read them and I had 3 older sisters. I remember learning all those things in kindergarten--shapes colors letters numbers. Preschool was all just play and art.

I think how the child does only as good as the parent allows, no matter how much schooling they do or don't get or whatever form they get it. Of course I understand some do have learning problems (I did) For me it just took more work and it was frustrating and stressful but I got through it. I would have been way better off if I had been home schooled but....my mom wouldn't do that. My niece didn't go to preschool and was told she couldn't go to kidergarten when she was old enough because she didn't know enough. She couldn't recognize any letter except X, she could sing it but not say the abc's. She didn't know the difference between her first and last name and thought it was all just one thing. She could only count to 10. So they had to send her to PK instead. I think alll of her problems were due to lack of attention from her parents.

Is it Safe to Use an Electric Blanket? - Blog Entry

You could put the electric blanket on your bed and turn it on a few minutes before heading to bed that way when you go it'll be all warmed up for you and you can turn off the blanket and have your nice comfy bed.

I really wish everyone would just be upfront about what's in their products they're telling us to give to our children...makes me a bit angry to think that they could possibly not care about their consumer (the baby) How could anyone not love babies...they're too cute and cuddly.

I never really thought about the other things that could be in the toys...I guess because I never thought the toys woulda been unsafe before all these toy recalls on the news due to lead. Before I had babies I always thought everyone put babies first

My family thinks I am paranoid but is there some sort of home lead test kit that you can use on your childs toys? I am not so sure I trust other people with testing things my baby puts in her mouth...I don't know if they actually test everything. How do the bad toys get in stores if they've got lead in them.

When my daughter was first born my hubby wouldn't even hold her because he was afraid fo droping her. I told him "she only weighs 6 pounds and you lift 50 at work I am sure you can handle 6" It took him a few days to feel comfortable enough around her to hold her...but he made me sit right next to them!! Now he changes poopy diapers in a public bathroom! I can't tell you how I got him to do the things he does...I think he has to want to help you and forget about what other people think about it.
