Hi Lisa... This is Julie Ann Sproles. Although this is awhile ago and I since have had another child. I still go back to this lifestyle when I put weight on... I have to work at keeping weight off! I gain it quickly... So thanks for sharing this and hopefully others have been successful as well... Take care and God Bless! Julie
