starting to freak out

My husband and I have been ttc with our first child for about 2 years now. Even though we have been together for 11 years now and it is not like we were playing it safe all those years. we did get pregnant in jan 2007, but it ended with a miscarriage in feb. We went through all the tests and the only thing wrong is my thyroid and that is very well managed.
