I was adopted in 1984 and have just recently located my biological family. I have a half sister that is 2 years older than I am that my mother kept. I have met her and I have met my maternal grandparents. I cannot wait to meet my biological mother and am planning to fly to Alaska to meet her in August. I finally feel complete since I've had contact with her. It is amazing how much I am like them. My sister and I called our mother on three way the other day and she couldn't tell us apart! I also like the exact same things and dislike the exact same things. I have always felt like I didn't quite fit in my adopted family even though they have always loved me more than I can know and given me everything my biological mother could not. Now that void is finally filled. Thanks again for sharing! I love these songs! |
