Recognition at Last

Good morning all and a happy, healthy and prosperous new year to you and all your families. Just to inform you all, I have received a personal invitation by email from Henry Cate to do an article on Homeschool for the Homeschoolers Carnival, after he has read my postings on this site.  Yes, recognition at last.

Christmas Time: The Ideal Time for Project Work for the Homeschooled

In the time that I homeschooled my son, Christmas time was an ideal period to target for project work.  From the age of 7 years old upwards and varying in degrees of detail, according to his age, to very basic to extremely sophisticated, he planned Christmas, which also had to include my birthday celebrations (my birthday is on 23 December).
