Particularly, we pick books we're both interested in, and he reads while I wash the dishes. It keeps us close and entertained, it allows us both to step outside the spheres of our immediate cares and experiences, and our kitchen is sparkling clean every morning. He loved it so much that he decided to make it his own. Unfortunately, "his own" involves getting just a LEEETLE carried away with the spices. (We're talking half a cup of cinnamon, some chives, chili powder, and oregano.) It's pretty cute. (I actually AM LOLing as I think about it.)
