I really like tostados . . . when I was in Mexico, a lady made them with a layer of homemade guacamole, a layer of shredded chicken, homemade salsa, and then poured cream on top (I had never heard of using cream before). It was soooo good!

I highly recommend using a calorie tracking. I bought a book as well as one for my PDA that included chain restaurants. It has been incredibly helpful! I was really shocked when I started looking at some of the figures - I didn't think I had been eating that poorly - but I had been.

I think it is great that you mentioned the salads. A while back I was doing some research about nutritional info at restaurants and found out that most of the time the salads are just as bad as everything else. It can definately be a trap!

Scooting can also be the result of your dog having a parasite. My dog was scooting and I thought it was an anal gland problem so I took her to the vet. Nope! She had a parasite (the name slips me right now). She was better after a month's worth of medicine though.
