Grandmother going overboard - VENT - Very Long!

My DS will be four in June. We live about two hours from my mother-in-law. She lives with my SIL and her family (2 kids, (B) 5yrs & (G) almost 3yrs). We try to visit as often as we can.

How do I tell DH that I am just plain not interested in sex? I feel absurdly fat and completely 100% un-Sexy. And quite honestly it HURTS these days.
