Munchausen by Proxy - Blog Entry

Is it possible for an adult child of a NPD to become a victim of Munchausen by proxy? If so, the chances of medical personal picking up on the behaviors would be all the harder if the mother appears to be a sweet little old lady, wouldn't it? Any suggestions? Thanks!
