I wondered why they didn't Tristi, but i read somewhere an excuse one of them had, but I cannot for the life of me remember what it was. To me, there is no excuse :-(

And I may be wrong, but I am pretty sure if I was convicted of DUI twice, my license would be taken away - what is up with that? This is Kiefer's third offense and I pretty sure Lindsey is getting close to three if not already there. Maybe CA laws are not as strict.

I feel sorry for her, but I guess that is all part of the price you pay for fame. Remember when Julie Roberts was caught with hair armpits and that picture (ew) was splashed all over the magazines? I guess if you are a celeb you need to either suffer the backlash with class like Jennifer did or cover it up so they can't photograph it.
