I found out the hard way that if you have not been in the situation of being a widow or widower, you really cannot say what is too soon. My dad was widowed twice and when he found his next love, I was always very thankful. I knew it took nothing away from his love for my mother or stepmother and I was actually glad to see him moving on.

Just my luck that I am so close to Wilmington, where One Tree Hill is filmed and Kevin Federline is joing the cast :-( I wouldn't drive down the street to see him. Why can't Matt Damon or Mark Wahlberg make a guest appearance?

I agree LovingJesusinAZ, but you know how the media is. I didn't think she was that out of shape, but there was just too little material to make her look sexy for the shape she was in. The performance, however, was one of the worst I have ever seen. I just don't know where she can go after this. She needed to give 150% at least to make up for all the scandal and she gave about 15%. I am afraid this may have been the final nail in the coffin of her career.

I agree Janet. There was too much Britney for that skimpy an outfit and saying the dance moves were sloppy is being nice. And when it started I thought "is this the rehearsal?" It certainly didn't help that she surrounded herself with excellent dancers either. They did a great job, despite who they were working with.

The looks on the faces of the people in the audience said it all - she can try to be "provocative" all she wants but when even her fellow performers appear to think it is pathetic, the jig is up.

When we lived there, they had an incredible Oktoberfest at Balboa Park. It was one of the best festivals I've ever been to! I miss San Diego!
