I hope he wins this year. I haven't seen The Departed yet (the DVD is sitting on my television), but I am sure it is as great as most of his other work. You know when you see a Scorsese film it will be good. My personal favorite is one of his lesser known films called After Hours.

I agree Andrea. It's kinda like the situation with Tom Brady...children are certainly miracles, but you'd like to see them brought into a good family situation.

Although, I must admit - Eisler and Swanson have been together for a little while now (at least by Hollywood standards) and they are still a couple. Who knows...maybe we will be reading about their 25th wedding anniversary some day.
