Bio
Libby Pelham is a work-at-home mom located in Jacksonville, NC. She has a beautiful little boy, Will, born in July of 2004. Her dear husband of six years is a Marine, which means she moves around the country quite a bit. She is originally from Memphis and was raised with a great appreciation of food, especially barbecue. In her spare time, she likes to watch movies, read biographies (especially celebrity bios), and play games with her family and friends.
She has a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Learning from Christian Brothers University in Memphis. She spent 17 years as a Computer Programmer/Analyst for the University of Tennessee, Memphis, the University of California, San Diego, and University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Currently, she is an online tutor for Brainfuse, a moderator and blogger at Media Village and a freelance writer.
She has always loved good food, growing up with two grandmothers who loved to cook from scratch. A great night out for Libby would to be her and her family dining at a new restaurant with other friends and family. Since becoming a work-at-home mom, she is addicted to the Food Network and loves whipping up new recipes for her family.
