Soul Patrol, Soul Patrol

Tonight, American Idol crowned its newest Idol - Taylor Hicks!  I have always liked Taylor and am glad he won.  I loved Elliott, but after he was out, I knew all my votes were going to Taylor.  I hope he has a good career - Taylor is very talented and just seems like a fun guy to be around.  But now, what will I do with my Tuesday and Wednesday nights???

I was soo excited Taylor won! I liked his voice from the very beginning when Simon didn't want to put him through to the next round. Oh . . and I love the harmonica too!

I also ended up voting for Taylor. He was just better. My Tuesday nights will be going to "Rescue Me" on FX. As for Wednesday...I'm kinda stuck so I have no suggestions.

Oh Jaime - I love Rescue Me! I wanted to blog about Denis Leary, but then thought he might be a bit much for Families :-) Hubby and I were so bad last season - we recorded the entire season on our DVR and watched them all in a week's time.

I'm totally with you! I was very sad to see Elliot go, but knew that I would be rooting for Taylor. He is so much fun to watch and he seems really into everything he sings. When he's performing, he is definitely having a good time!
