I appreciate you taking time to comment. In regards to the enrollment stats, the ones I have showed that there was a slight decline from 2007 to 2008 (UW Oshkosh had 12,772 enrolled students in 2007 and 12,669 in 2008). However, you are correct in stating that there has been an increase from 2000 to 2008. As a result, I have deleted the information regarding enrollment in my blog. Best of luck with the new major. Please keep me posted on the progress. I would be happy to update the blog once you finalize your plans.
