That said, Russell Simmons is rare. He obviously knows his wife (who is his business partner) doesn't need the money, so he gives it willingly. What I find strange is that according to the court documents he can't spend time alone with his daughters. The decree mandates that a nanny and bodyguard be with them at all times. That's strange.
