I had a hard time pushing out a 7.5 pounder:) Airline Secrets Revealed: Affordable First-Class Fares28 Jun 2006 01:19 PM Thanks Valorie! When I asked the agent to help me find the cheapest fare to my destination she told me I could fly first class for cheaper than I could coach--she didn't give me all the details, but with a little research and the great sites that I linked to in the blog, I found that these savings really do exist. Airline Secrets Revealed: Affordable First-Class Fares28 Jun 2006 01:10 PM Thanks Catherine--This is not for last minute fares only. The fares exist are there all the time, but it's first-come-first-serve so they may not be available if first-class is already booked. Also, YUPP, QUPP, Z are all the same, it's just a matter of which term the individual airlines refers to them as. Hope that helps. Also, if you visit the FirstClassFlyer.com site you can find out even more ways to save. Planting a Pizza Garden---A Great Family Project28 Jun 2006 11:48 AM Thanks Libby--I'll have to work on that in my next blog! What about pepperoni and olives??? Star Jones Reynolds Bids Adieu to "The View"28 Jun 2006 11:32 AM I saw it and it was VERY uncomfortable! Barbara said Star betrayed her. Star was supposed to make her announcement on tomorrow's show, but she blind-sided everyone by making it on Tuesday's show. After Tuesday's show, Star was told not to come back--high drama on daytime TV!! Aloha Pork Chop Skillet and Saucy and BBQ Chicken & Potato Skillet27 Jun 2006 02:35 AM I always get a kick out of recipes with the word "Aloha" in the title. It always seems like "Aloha" means "you'll be using pineapple or coconut in this recipe." In Hawaii, "Aloha" is a brand of shoyu (soy sauce), so when you see a menu item that says "Aloha" it means that it contains that brand of sauce.
