I'm a twin myself and my mom was barely 20 when she had my sister and I. The doctor didn't even know she was having twins until after I was born (it was just before they started ultrasounds). Can you imagine???? She said it was easier having us first before my brother because they didn't know any different. It was hard but they didn't know one was easier! hehehehe :-) I love being a twin, and in theory would LOVE to have had twins, but in practice, ay yi yi yi yi--TOUGH. Good luck to you!
