Libby, you can always toss it with the other ingredients, then just top yours with Feta. My daughter is very picky these days (age 2) and won't eat the feta either....of course my son won't eat the onions.....hmmmmmmm....heheheheh

Thanks, Nicole! The ingredient list came out a bit jumbled when the blog posted, so if anything is not clear, let me know. I love the feta in this recipe. It's soooo yummy. Hope you enjoy it! Thanks, Andi! Please let me know how you like it! I personally liked making the muffins with it even better than the bread....with the recipe above I made 12 regular-sized muffins and 12 mini-muffins as well. That way, the kids got the little bite-sized ones and they loved that. Enjoy!
